Shipping is $4.50 for ALL US orders

   We all know the cost of shipping directly impacts  the decision to order or not. At EpoxyCandy, are try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. 

Here are a few ways we are accomplishing our goal:

  • We ship using recycled packaging. We are part of a “green community” initiative for local businesses. Upcycling boxes and packaging not only helps keep things affordable for the buyer but also helps our planet.

  • We process all orders through PayPal Business Solutions that gives us extra discounts on USPS shipping.

  • We only use one size bag for all of our powders and flakes; this allows us to keep packaging conservative for shipping, as well as streamline packaging operations and our warehouse storage.

  • All of our tint and inks come in convenient dropper bottles to have more control over measurements. Our bottles are 65% lighter than jars, again keeping shipping costs in check.

 

So if you see your EpoxyCandy package arrive in a recycled container with a big EpoxyCandy label; just know you have some Sweet stuff inside, and you didn’t overpay for shipping.

Delivery Information

Orders cannot be changed once submitted.

---We ship Worldwide.---

Processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We will notify via email for any delays. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery after processing.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) when available. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

EpoxyCandy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will assist you as much as we can to resolve the concern.
