At EpoxyCandy we strive to have our photographers and graphics team get the most accurate color representation possible. Each device may very in the way it dislays color depending on the color calibration on your screen. Using an appropriate calibration device can reduce the variation amount from screen to product. Very rarely have we ever had anyone feel that the colors they ordered are better looking and more vibrant on screen than in person.
Jars increase the price to our customers for several reasons.
1. The cost of the jar plus the shipping and storage of jar. If our product were packed in jars in would require significantly more warehouse space to store our product.
2. Jars break or crack in a mailer. This would require your order to be upgraded to a box. We would not be able to use first class shipping or flat rate padded envelopes. Both these options help us offer the best shipping to you.
3. Jars increase the weight of your order. More weight plus more volume = higher shipping rates and higher product costs for our customers.
Yes! Please send us a message and we can create a special order for you with your product in pretty “retail packaging” jars or containers. This will increase your item cost by $3 per item and add time to prepare your order. All our pigments are packed in bags. Our business model is to offer the best pricing.
Yes, you can return unopen products.
If you are unsure about a product we highly recommended that you first purchase a small size of the product you are interested in and create a sample. If you like the product you can then order the product in larger quantities. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding products before and/or after your purchase. We strive to make the best product we can and offer all the assistance we can to make your relationship with us a great one.
In order to qualify for a return you must return the product unopened within 5 calendar days from the date you received it. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in the original packaging and you mucst have the receipt or proof of purchase (order information). Returns are not available for opened or used items.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are processed once approved and a credit will appear on your account depending your card issuer's policies. You will receive the credit minus the ACTUAL cost of delivery (not just the $3 shipping charge) and the processing fees charged via credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
